Dominica
Citizenship by Investment Program
The Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) is a highly popular option for investors seeking second citizenship. It naturalizes over a thousand investors annually and offers two main pathways to qualify: a donation starting at US$100,000 or a real estate investment of at least US$200,000 in government-approved projects.
One of the program’s standout features is its accommodation of large families. Up to three generations of family members, including the applicant’s spouse, children, parents, and siblings, can be included in a single application. This makes it an attractive option for families looking to secure citizenship together.
With a fast and efficient process, applicants can obtain citizenship in just 3 to 6 months without the requirement of physical residency. Successful applicants gain visa-free access to over 140 countries, including Schengen states and the UK, offering increased global mobility and a valuable second passport.
