Applicants have the option to qualify for the Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) by choosing one of the following four contribution paths:
National Development Fund (NDF) Donation:
US$200,000 for families consisting of 1 to 4 members
US$245,000 for families with 5 or more members
University of the West Indies (UWI) Fund Contribution:
US$260,000 (including processing fees)
Real Estate Investment:
A minimum of US$300,000
Business Investment:
US$1.5 million for individual investors, or US$400,000 as part of a US$5 million group investment
Additional Fees:
Initial application fees:
US$10,000 for individual applicants
US$10,000 for a family of up to four members
US$20,000, plus an additional US$10,000 per extra family member for families with more than four members
Post-approval fees:
US$10,000 for dependents under five years old
US$20,000 for dependents aged 6 to 17
US$50,000 for dependents 18 years or older
Due diligence fees:
US$8,500 for the main applicant
US$8,000 for a spouse
Free for children under 11 years old
US$2,000 for dependents aged 12 to 17
US$4,000 for dependents aged 18 or older

Citizenship Qualification Requirements
Investors must make an initial deposit and submit the necessary documentation. Once the due diligence process is completed for all applicants, the remaining investment amount must be paid.
Applicants will receive approval for citizenship and their new passport within 4 to 6 months. The Antigua program also requires successful applicants to spend at least 5 days on the island within the first 5 years of acquiring citizenship.
